REFUND POLICY - Registrations received after the registration deadline will be placed only if space is available even if you were previously on a team.
Late fees and fundraising fees are non-refundable.
A $25.00 fee will be charged for returned checks.
Refund Requests must be in writing and will be issued AFTER approval of the appropriate sports coordinator. Approved refund requests will be processed as soon as possible.

The body of the email/letter needs to state the following items:
1. Parent names (checks cannot be written to the child)
2. Age group/amount
5. Reason requesting refund (i.e. moving)
